1. Pt Satish K Sharma to Participate in World Yoga Festival Celebrations
We are delighted to share that Pt Satish K Sharma, Yogacharya and Director of the Global Hindu Federation, will be a featured teacher at the World Yoga Festival Henley, UK.
The two sessions will include practices and meditation to help the saadhaka thrive in Kali Yuga:
“How can Yoga help us navigate a lifetime in Kali Yuga? Is Bhakti superior to Jnana? Are our practices cultivating the nature of Devas or Danavas? Can Yoga Abhyāsa support both the Pravritti and Nivritti Mārga—or only one?”
Dates: 31st July- 3rd August
2. GHF Reaffirms Its Commitment to Academic Freedom of Speech
At a time when open scholarly inquiry is increasingly constrained by ideological gatekeeping, the Global Hindu Federation strongly reaffirms its support for academic freedom and civilisational truth-telling.
We are witnessing growing attempts to silence or discredit Hindu voices — especially those who challenge colonial-era narratives on Caste, Conversion, Ethnocide, and DharmaVidya. GHF stands with scholars, students, educators, and independent thinkers who defend intellectual honesty and cultural dignity.
The GHF supports Professor Steven Greer in lobbying the Office for Students to investigate the University of Bristol for denying freedom of speech with regards to the academic scrutiny of ‘Islamophobia’.
Our ancient scripture, the NatyaShastra established that freedom of expression and respectful dissent are not threats — they are the very lifeblood of a free and enlightened society, to be protected for all peoples.
